Randa Luggage Enters into Exclusive Anne Klein License Agreement

Randa Luggage, a leading provider of luggage, announced today that they have entered into an exclusive licensing agreement with Jones Apparel Group (NYSE: JNY) for the design, production, sales and marketing of women's luggage under the Anne Klein Luggage brand. The collection will be sold in better department stores and specialty retailer in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and the U.K. beginning in fall 2010. The initial term of the agreement is for 5 years with a provision for further renewal.
